Blog Recommendations #2

Recently I posted Blog Recommendations for websites that I have found to be most entertaining. Admittedly, these are not websites that offer untold wealth if you follow their unique regime, nor are they sites that provide inner enlightenment and peace.

What they are however, are blogs with oodles of entertainment value, and they offer it in abundance. That my fellow bloggers, is why I do this because I can assure you, I am certainly not getting rich on this anytime soon. Of course it would help if I were to monetize my website and perhaps focus on subjects others find interesting (which usually isn't B-movies or zombies) but it's never been about them. It's always been about me, and I prefer zombies.

Internal Bleeding

I'm not quite sure what it is about this website but I really dig it. I think its probably the interactive critique given by the multiple reviewers who run the site. Together they offer different perspectives versus the one sided biased opinions found on sites such as my own. It's almost like you are watching Siskel and Ebert reviewing a movie without the annoyance of it actually being Siskel and Ebert. I find it very entertaining and find myself looking forward to their reviews.

Edge of Sanity

Ettarose is a bit rude, and that is probably why I like her so much. She kinda reminds me of myself, yet she doesn't hold it in like I do. I'm not quite sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing but judging from her fan base, I'm thinking there's absolutely nothing wrong with it.

So if you need a dose of reality with a uncensored biased opinion, check Etta out. She's guaranteed to entertain.

Lair of the Green Knight

Fitz claims to be a geek (aren't we all?) The only reason I am buying into it is 'cuz his name is German, and me being half German and all, tend to be a little more believing. He's probably no different from the others who refuse to state their real names (Big Brother is always watching, ya know) but I am not here to judge, merely enjoy.

His site reviews movies, tv, music, among others. He offers a variety over the horror genre as he does not limit himself to one category. Probably a good thing in this day and age of blogging as so much competition is out there trying to swipe our readers. The bastards.

His site also has a clean, uncluttered look that I really like. It's refreshing in this day of dark blogs - yehyeh, like mine (everyone's a critic....)

Reality is Overrated

This is another one of those sites where the owner tends to ramble on about absolutely nothing of importance (I heard that!) but still I find myself tuning in regularly as his rambles are so enjoyable and funny that I often find myself laughing out loud. I've sometimes wondered if the "Mikster" as he likes to call himself, is actually one in the same as Mr. No Name "Monkey Tale" over at Monkey Fables and Tales, but I have no proof and they'd probably deny it anyway....

Either way, it's a great site for a dose of daily humor. I strongly suggest you check it out.
