Update on my Blogging Overhaul

The blogging overhaul I had in mind does not seem like its going to come to fruition. Other parties in my household thinks it would be ill-advised for me to point my site feed away from "lil' blog of horrors." As well, every time I stumble upon a theme that I think I could actually live with for longer than a week, I am let down as it is either not widget compatible, does not have a date stamp for posts, has gawd awful HTML that a noob like me can't decipher, or is just plain fugly.

My last theme I was really beginning to like but when I attempted PayPerPost it was pointed out to me that by not having a date stamp on my posts made me undesirable to them. I don't know how I managed to miss the flaming fact that the theme I was using did not have a date stamp, but I did, and needless to say was not a happy camper when I figured out I am wayyyy to HTML challenged to add the date .php or whatever to make it work. I do realize I could have cut and pasted the necessary info from another theme, but I found much more gratification simply bitching about it while I looked endlessly for a free theme I felt I could tolerate.

So here it is. My temporary new theme. I say temporary because if any of you have been to my blog more than once (which I seriously doubt as who else would be interested in cheesy b movies with giant bugs and guts? I am alone in my madness I am sure) than you would know that I change my theme probably as much as Michael Jackson changes his nose...... Or his skin color........ Or even his personality............

You get the idea. Keep your fingers crossed for me...........
