The remake was a total LET DOWN. and now it just makes me question if the story is really based on true events or not! Seeing the original and then the remake was like reading a great book then someone killing the story by making into a movie!

Wes Craven was up and coming in 1972? If you say so. Sounds more porno than scary, though. This movie was pretty good. It sickened me.

I've always liked Wes Craven movies even though something inside my head keeps telling me, "this is crap!" When I go see one of his movies I know I'm going to be grossed out and jump out of my seat a few times. And, that's what I love about them. Happy New Year Petra! Although I seldom comment do to the same old connections issues with your site (using a proxy now to comment) I still check you out.
